Equinox Fitness,clubroom, concierge, landscaped sun deck, valet parking and a fabulous location. Each bedroom has an en suite bath. Top of the line kitchen has Miele, Sub Zero and gas cooking The tenant is responsible for paying the broker fee which is split equally between firms. There is also a move-in/move-out fee of $500 which is paid by the tenant. Some of the pictures are from the previous tenant. Twenty-four hours is needed for all showings and afternoon showings are better for the tenant.
